Return & Refund Policy
At The Virginia Roses, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at support@thevirginiaroses.com with photos of the issue. Once verified, we will provide store credit equal to the product cost, which can be applied toward a future purchase.
We do not issue refunds to the original payment method under any circumstances.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
